Each 3D Mic Flag is a custom creation produced based on your unique design(s); therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you decide you don’t want the product after accepting the proof.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items

If, however, you receive your 3D Mic Flags only to discover that they were damaged in transit or we totally screwed something up, notify us immediately. We will gladly refund you the value of the items in question or issue replacements at our cost.

To initiate a refund or replacement for items damaged in transit, email us a photo of what is wrong so that we can file a claim with UPS. For items that are our fault, also email us a photo so we can know how to do better. We will also send you a mailing label to return the items to us at our cost. Once the damaged/defective/incorrect items are received, we will issue your account a credit.

Please do NOT send items back without first making contact via email or phone.

If we haven’t heard from you 5 days after delivery is confirmed, the return period will close and we will assume that you think that these are the most awesome mic flags you’ve ever seen.

While we expect our products to last for a very long time, we can’t guarantee them to survive more than the regular wear and tear of daily use. Backing over a 3D Mic Flag with a car tire or dropping a 3D Mic Flag out of a 10-story window doesn’t count as “normal use.”
